'Crossroad' song 'Melakey' is the music direction debut of 'Chandamama' singer!

The song 'Oh mama Chandamama' from the Mohanlal movie 'Rock and Roll' was quite popular, when it released in 2007. Anitha Shaiq, who crooned the hit track, is back as music composer through the movie 'Crossroad.' Her composition, 'Melakey' is an oppana song sung by Shwetha Menon. 

'Crossroad' is an anthology movie starring Mamta Mohandas, Isha Talwar, Padmapriya, Mydhili, Priyanka Nair, Srinda, Punnaseri Kanchana, Richa Panai, Manasa and Anjana Chandran. It has a handful of movies based on the theme of women, directed by Lenin Rajendran, Madhupal, Sashi Paravoor, Nemom Pushparaj, Albert, Babu Thiruvalla, Pradeep Nair, Avira Rebecca, Ashok R Nath and Nayana Suryan. The movie hit the screens on October 13.
